Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to perform an economic assessment of real investment of company TOSHULÍN, Inc.

There will be used sensitivity analysis and analysis of variance net present value on a cash flow basis in this thesis.

The economic evaluation of the project is an important part of the financial management of the company and represents its important part. Through the effective assessment is needed to take into account not only possible future opportunities, but also past mistakes and shortcomings. Individual parameters of investment projects may vary greatly from the actual values and for this purpose the economic evaluation of the project serves. Using the evaluation leads to results and lessons of past failures incurred in the preparation and implementation of the investment project.
