Role a působnost interního auditu ve Skupině ČEZ

Abstract

The diploma thesis „The Role and Scope of Internal Audit in the Group ČEZ” is dealing with an evaluation of the form of assuring and executing internal audit in the Group ČEZ. Next, it is dealing with the analysis of appropriateness of organizational incorporation of internal audit division to organizational structure of the organization. The theoretical part is aimed at defining basic conceptions in the internal audit area, and determination of legislation framework. Further, it is dealing with its kinds and possible forms of its assuring and implementing. Practical part of the diploma thesis is aimed at evaluating the execution of internal audit in the Group ČEZ, its organization and especially appropriateness of chosen implementation form.
