Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the “Internet Marketing Analysis on the Travel Agencies Market”. It is aimed to analyse the use of the Internet marketing on the travel agencies market in the Czech Republic. Following the characteristics of the travel agencies market and defining the underlying theoretical bases for the Internet marketing, eight selected travel agencies were compared in the areas related to the Internet marketing. Based on the results of analyses, the major and most frequent errors made by travel agencies in this area were identified. After that, the solution of the problems was proposed.
