The present bachelor’s thesis falls within the scope of building construction and its aim is to develop design documentation for the purposes of building permit. The aforementioned documentation has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] A technological process for substructure waterproofing, as well as a time schedule, and a budget for the project have been prepared and are also included in the thesis. The building this thesis deals with is a new apartment building in Karviná. The apartment building has three above ground floors and one underground floor. The building has been designed to be made of the Heluz system [2].
