Krizová komunikace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o krizové komunikaci ve vybrané organizaci v případě vzniku mimořádné události. Práce je členěna na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V první polovině je vysvětlen pojem vyrozumění, včetně pojmů s ním spojených. Dále jsou vypsány základní právní předpisy, kterými se tato problematika zaobírá. V praktické části, tedy v druhé polovině, je popsána struktura firmy a aktuální schéma vyrozumění firmy. Cílem této práce je navržení schéma, které zrychlí a zefektivní proces komunikace.

The bachelor thesis focuses on crisis communication in a selected organization in case of an extraordinary event. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part defines the term notification, including the clarification of the terms associated with it. Furthermore, the basic legal regulations connected to this issue are listed. The practical part describes the structure of the organization and their current notification scheme. The aim of this work is to propose a scheme that speeds the whole communication process up and makes it more effective.
