Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the business concept of modern cafes, which can serve as a planning methodology and preparations for the introduction of a practical operation of potential entrepreneurs. The work describes the logical following sequential steps to introduce entrepreneurs and the opening of the facility. I managed to create a real proposal, how would such a small coffee shop should look like, in order to be a good, competitive coffee market. This is a real proposal that every entrepreneur may in its sole discretion, to change or tune.
