Abstract
Financial Analysis as a Tool of Performance Evaluation of a Company
The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of business performance through indicators of financial analysis. These indicators are then used for analysis of Pharmos, Inc. from
2003 – 2008. The aim of my thesis is to propose measures for improving the current financial situation of the firm. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the firm Pharmos, Inc., its history, main activities and company philosophy. Second, the theoretical part is a literature review on financial analysis. practical part is devoted to its own financial analysis to assessment of financial health. Part of this chapter are suggestions and recommendations to improve financial economy company. In conclusion, we find an overall assessment of the thesis, whether the objectives have been met and what you can see the benefits of work
