Abstract
Intention of this bachelor task was to analyze and evaluate process of dismissing employees based on ethic aspect and effectivity, in selected organisation, which is oriented on production of ladders and their export to whole world.
Based on SWOT analysis i have evaluated strong and weak sides, and as well opportunities and threat of employee dismissal process. I have gained the information for analysis based on internal company documents and discussions with HR analyst, director of the company.
Regarding these informations and analysis i was able to evaluate process of employees dismissal and propose solutions, which could help to improve employee dismissal process in the company.
