Abstract

The master thesis deals with the possibility of improving the education of crisis staffs. The introductory part is focused on understanding the current state of crisis management, which includes the division, structure and functioning of crisis staffs. The following chapters focus on the structure of education of crisis staff members with a focus on their training. Within this work, training is focused on training and exercises. Last but not least, the Crew resource management method, which has been successfully applied in the USA and in many areas from civil aviation to fire protection units, is discussed. At the same time, there is a proposal for its use in the education of crisis staffs, respectively. its members, who are trained and trained to deal with emergencies and crisis situations.
