Izolační poruchy v zapouzdřených rozvodech

Abstract

This thesis focuses on insulation faults in gas insulated substations (GIS), with a focus on modelling and detection of partial discharges in GIS. In the theoretical part, for example, ionization mechanisms, types of electrical discharges, SF6 properties and electrical station designs are presented. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the realization of a laboratory model of GIS and a physical model of an insulation fault. The experiments described in the final thesis are performed in air and in SF6, and the subsequently analyzed pulses of partial discharges are used to verify the behavior of the constructed physical model of internal partial discharges under specific conditions.
