Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of back-end services to support a mobile application for an electric motorcycle. The introductory part presents an analysis and overview of current technologies for creating server-side solutions. Subsequently, database management systems are evaluated based on criteria such as performance requirements, scalability, security, and other factors. The database management system that best met the project’s needs was then selected. The next phase involved the design and implementation of the back-end services, addressing security, the configuration of individual endpoints, the design of database tables, and communication with the database. The developed services were subjected to thorough testing and verification, with the results documented. Finally, the obtained results are evaluated and proposals for the future development of the system are presented.
