Aplikace vybraných metod analýzy dat při hodnocení jakosti procesu výroby hadiček

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací jednoduchých statistických a grafických metod ve výrobním procesu. Zejména se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu extruze hadiček a stanovení nejvýznamnějších příčin řešeného problému. Předmětem teoretické části je uvedení základních pojmů z oblasti managementu kvality. Dále je představena společnost a jsou podrobně popsané jednotlivé grafické a statistické metody. Praktická část obsahuje popis procesu extruze hadiček a analýzu současného stavu výroby. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány zjištěné příčiny a jsou navrhnuta vhodná nápravná opatření. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje způsobilost procesu po zavedení změn.

This Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the application of statistical and graphical methods in the manufacturing process. Particularly it focuses on the analysis of the process extrusion of tubes and determination of the most significant causes of solved problem. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce basic concepts of quality management. Furthermore, a company is introduced company and individual graphical and statistical methods are described. Practical part includes a description of the process extrusion of tubes and analysis of current status of production. Furthermore, it analyzes identified causes and suggests suitable preventive actions. The Conclusion of this thesis evaluates the process capability after implantation of suggested changes.
