Faktory konkurenceschopnosti při realizaci podnikatelského záměru v oboru recyklace pneumatik

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to elaboráte a strategic analysis of critical factors of business plans tire recycling and metal components. In the teoretical part of this work are characterized by the default teory and methods of strategic analysis, then there is the issue of material described tiredesign and other tire disposal of used tires in the Czech republic. The next section is characterized by the business enviroment in the Czech republic, and set out key fakctors and critical values designed to create sources of competitive advantages of business plan.
