Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the sample plan preventive maintenance, inspections and revisions of the building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of prevention plans. Further, the terms maintenance, inspection, review and distribution. In conclusion, the theoretical part is presented summarizing the technical and legal requirements. The practical part is applied to the building, addressing the reasons for the introduction of standart plans and the possibility of using software tools. Developed is a model program of inspections and maintenance, and revision of the standard plan. All rooms have a book that serves to minutes of the activities performed.
