Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of partial documentation for the building notification or for the issuance of a building permit, in accordance with Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., to an appropriate extent. The documentation concerns the new construction of a dental clinic building. The dental clinic is located on plots No. 1921, 1925, and 1926/4 in the cadastral area of Vysoké Mýto, in the town of Vysoké Mýto. The building has a simple rectangular floor plan with two above-ground floors and no basement. The dental clinic is founded on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The load-bearing system of the building consists of solid wooden panels of the NOVATOP system. The building is covered with a flat green roof featuring extensive greenery. The thesis is divided into the textual part of the project documentation, the drawing part of the project documentation, the thermal-technical assessment of the building envelope, building envelope energy label and the structural design and the assessment of the selected structural element. All parts are prepared within the scope of the diploma thesis assignment.
