Abstract

This thesis is focussed on general customs and shopping habits of Globus hypermarket customers, which is located in Ostrava. The aim of thesis was found out the structure of customers and suggest customers segments. Main part of this work was marketing research, which was realized by personal questioning, which took place right in Globus hypermarket in Ostrava. According to constructed questionaire democratic, geographic, psychographic and behavioral characteristics were analysed and conclusions of this analysis led to exposure of customer´s structure and shopping preferences.
