Abstract

The author of this thesis deals with the assessment technology of transportation and storage of sugar in sugar factories Vrbátky a. s. in relation to the risk of explosion. For the purposes of work has been in operation refinery sugar samples from different parts of the technology, they were then subjected to analysis for proper risk assessment technology. The work also includes a proposal for appropriate explosion protective measures, designed on the basis of measurements.
