Plán ukrytí obce

Abstract

Cílem práce je zpracování plánu ukrytí s konkrétním zaměřením na vybranou obec. V teoretické části jsou rozděleny a charakterizovány úkryty, je zde uveden právní základ, historický vývoj a řešení problematiky ukrytí. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na současný stav zabezpečení ochrany obyvatelstva ukrytím v obci Valašské Meziříčí, přehled ukrytí v obci, včetně školských zařízení a objektů.

The aim of the thesis is to compile a Municipal shelter plan of a specific municipality. In the theoretical part of the thesis are divided and described types of shelters, legal status, historical development and solution to the question of population sheltering. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the current security of population protection by sheltering in the municipality Valašské Meziříčí, survey of population sheltering in the municipality including educational organizations and industrial objects.
