Měření neutronových polí pomocí pixelových detektorů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on measurement of ionizing radiation with pixel detector Timepix. It describes basic physical principles related to ionizing radiation and its detection by pixel detectors. As part of this work, a calibration of the detector was performed as well as measurement of DT neutron generator field during and after irradiation. In the end, the measured data were compared with neutron fluxes determined by Texas convention technique.
