Strategický plán rozvoje města Vratimova

Abstract

The aim of this graduation theses is to suggest a concept of a development strategy for Vratimov town. Theoretical resources for this dilemma are included in chapters about a town development strategy, SWOT analysis, sustainable development, municipal budget, budget outlook and territorial planning. On the basis of strategic analysis (where I describe individual factors and functional systems of Vratimov town and I also perform a SWOT analysis) I designed A Development Strategy for Vratimov Town. This strategy shows on which strategic areas and aims should the town focus on in the long term; and which steps should be taken for achievement of an overall vision of the town – so that Vratimov could become an attractive place to live for people of all ages.
