Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací backendové části chatbota pro automatizaci úvodního pohovoru s uchazeči o zaměstnání pro společnost Inventra s.r.o. Backend je postaven na frameworku FastAPI s asynchronní architekturou a integruje OpenAI API pro generování odpovědí chatbota, přepis hlasového vstupu a obousměrnou hlasovou komunikaci v reálném čase prostřednictvím WebRTC. Datový model využívá SQLAlchemy 2.0 s podporou SQLite pro vývoj a PostgreSQL pro produkci. Součástí práce je popis architektury, datového modelu, API endpointů, mechanismů komunikace v reálném čase.

This thesis describes the design and implementation of the backend part of a chatbot for automating first-round job interviews for the company Inventra s.r.o. The backend is built on the FastAPI framework with an asynchronous architecture and integrates the OpenAI API for response generation, voice input transcription, and real-time two-way voice communication via WebRTC. The data model uses SQLAlchemy 2.0 with SQLite for development and PostgreSQL for production. The thesis covers the system architecture, data model, API endpoints, real-time communication mechanisms.
