Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of partial documentation for the execution of the construction, 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation. The bachelor thesis is focused on the solution of both parts of the two-family house. This project follows on the architectural study elaborated within the subject of Architecture work I. and also from Architecture work Va. The family house is designed to best suit the requirements of private living. It offers a larger common outdoor space for both families, instead of separate small gardens, as is common in the most of terraced houses or semi-detached houses. The layout of both houses is liner, two-storey. On the northern side of the first floor there is a technical and social background for the buildings, while in the southern direction the house is connected with the garden and the maximum is opened in this direction. Because of the smaller size of the parcel, two terraces are designed for both houses, the lower one placed in the common area and the upper, private, located on the second floor of the house.
