Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The goal of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation for the Apartment House in Řepiště. This project documentation is prepared according to the attached study and consists of a technical part and drawings. The bachelor thesis also comprises of a thermal technical assessment of external wall according, assessment of acoustic properties of structures and structural design of the reinforced concrete staircase, including the reinforcement drawing.
