Abstract
The goal of the master thesis is to describe today situation of stone crushing machines. The theoretical part of the thesis raises problems of the strategic process management and analyzed company is described. In the practical part, operations of the Keestrack have been analyzed. The analysis is carried out using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, BCG analysis, SPACE analysis, Porter`s five forces analysis and analysis of strategic groups. In the conclusion part, recommendatios for Keestrack are mentioned.
