Technicko-ekonomická analýza dopravní společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení technicko-ekonomické analýzy dopravní společnosti. V první části práce je proveden rozbor společnosti pomocí Du Pontova pyramidálního rozkladu. Dále je provedena technicko-ekonomická analýza zaměřená na oblast s největším vlivem na rentabilitu vlastního jmění. Dle zjištěných výsledků jsou stanoveny faktory ovlivňující tuto oblast a vyhodnoceno „finanční zdraví“ společnosti. Závěrem jsou určeny negativní vlivy ovlivňující chod společnosti a navržena opatření vedoucí k optimalizaci chodu společnosti.

The aim of the thesis is the implementation of the technical-economic analysis of the transport company. In the first part of the thesis is the analysis of the company using Du-Pont pyramidal decomposition. Furthermore, it is made of the technical-economic analysis focused on the area with the greatest influence on the profitability of equity. According to the recorded results the factors affecting the area are set out and the company´s “financial health” is evaluated. Finally, negative influences that affect the operation of the company are set out and measures to strengthen the company´s positives are proposed.
