Komparácia trhov práce v krajinách Europskej Unie

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na komparáciu trhov práce krajín Európskej únie. Cieľom práce bolo vyhodnotiť úroveň a vývoj vybraných charakteristík trhu práce Európskej únie a identifikovať skupiny krajín s podobnou úrovňou trhu práce. V práci bola použitá metóda klastrovej analýzy za obdobie 2013 – 2018. Na základe výsledkov klastrovej analýzy, za každý rok osobitne, je možné spozorovať zmeny vo vzniknutých zhlukoch krajín. V každom roku boli zistené 4 zhluky krajín, ktoré je možné, na základe charakteristík trhu práce, rozdeliť na krajiny s rozdielnou vyspelosťou trhu práce.

This diploma thesis is focused on comparison of labour markets of European union countries. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the level and the development of selected characteristics of labour market of European union and to identify groups of countries with the similar level of labour market. The method of cluster analysis was used in this thesis for period 2013 – 2018. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, each year separately, it is possible to observe changes in created clusters of countries. In each year there were four clusters of countries identified, which can be divided, based on the characteristics of the labour market, into countries with different level of development of the labour market.
