Abstract

The aim of my thesis is gathering appropriate theory and scientific knowledge of user´s testing, designing orientation analysis of commodity graders market in the Czech Republic, finding mistakes and flaws which users found while working online with bidding tool BiddingManager and proposing a solution which would led to a more comfortable using of the tool. The practical part deals with collecting data by qualitative research, specifically user test method. The collected data are then analyzed. Changes and recommendations are proposed based on the results. This will contribute to higher usability of the bidding tool.
