Využití plánováného experimentu ke zlepšení procesu tažení drátu.

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje plánování, průběh a vyhodnocení plánovaného experimentu, jehož cílem je určit faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují mechanické vlastnosti taženého drátu a stanovení jejich ideálních hodnot. Za tímto účelem byl proveden úplný faktorový experiment. Plánovaný experiment se prováděl v rámci projektu SGS SP2015/91 ve spolupráci s laboratoří tažení drátu. Teoretická část obsahuje jak metody plánování a vyhodnocení plánovaných experimentů, tak se také zabývá technologii tažení drátu. Praktická část popisuje uskutečnění plánovaného experimentu provedeného na taženém drátu. Závěr práce posuzuje získané výsledky.

The thesis describes the planning, conduct and evaluation of a planned experiment, which aims to identify the factors that most affect the mechanical properties of wire and determine their ideal values. Full factorial experiment was made for that purpose. The planned experiment was carried out under the project SGS SP2015/91 in collaboration with wire drawing laboratory. The theoretical part includes both methods of planning and evaluation of experiments, and also deals with the technology of wire drawing. The practical part describes the realization of the planned experiment conducted on draw wire. Assessment of the obtained results is at the end of the thesis.
