Abstract

This bachelor’s work points to the properties of copper and its alloys. It tries to capture the particular physical and metallurgical character. It is given an overview of the basic types of copper alloys and their processing capabilities. An integral part of this work is familiar with applications of the copper alloys for specific use in various industries. The practical part includes metallographic evaluation of two samples and analysis of fracture surface.
