Abstract
The goal of this Bachelor Thesis is measurement of satisfaction with services offered by PROMA Ltd. company. Satisfaction was measured via standardized questionnaire that has been answered by company clients. Following proposals for a company arise from the research results:
- Expanding of a planographic department
- Broadcasting more advertisements and creating a leaflet or an e-mail
- Creating new offer of family houses
- Handling small project preferably during current situation
- Improving internal communication
- Creating repayment dates
- Improving the opportunity to learn foreign languages in a more advanced and intensive way
