Prevence kriminality v souvislosti s užíváním hexahydrokanabinolu (HHC)

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current state of hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) use, addressing the risks arising from the use of this substance and their prevention. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the description of the substance, its effects and risks associated with its use, comparison with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and description of the most common forms of consumption. In the practical part, I analyse and describe the situation before the prohibition of HHC, during the approval of the prohibition and after the prohibition of this substance on the territory of the Czech Republic and I examine the public attitude towards HHC by means of a questionnaire survey. An analysis of the current state of prevention of HHC use and related crime and a proposal for other appropriate preventive measures is also made.
