Abstract

Diploma thesis Evaluation of Employees Recruitment and Adaptation Process in a Selected Company focuses on methodology. Next is the theory of recruitment of new employees and their adaptation to the company. Both of these processes are analysed in the selected company using a sociological survey and interview. The selected company is also described in the thesis. In the end, there is an evaluation of the results and are given ways how to make the processes better or change them.
