Operační program Podnikání a inovace jako forma podpory malých a středních podniků v ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením dosavadního čerpání finančních prostředků EU z Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace prostřednictvím analýzy finančního a věcného pokroku tohoto operačního programu při využívání finanční podpory ze strukturálních fondů EU. V teoretické oblasti přibližuje a charakterizuje teoretická východiska podnikání. Zaměřuje se rovněž na představení tohoto programu a jeho postavení v systému programových dokumentů strukturálních fondů EU v ČR. Dále je zde bližší pohled na Operační program Podnikání a inovace a jeho úlohu v podpoře podnikání. V rámci praktické části jsou identifikovány, analyzovány a porovnávány vybrané programy podpory Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace ve zvoleném referenčním období.

The diploma thesis deal with evaluation of existing drawing of EU financial aid from Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation by analysis of financial and physical progress of this operational programme in the process of financial support from EU structural funds. In the theoretical area the thesis insights and describes theoretical basis of enterprise. It characterizes this operational programme and his place in the system of programming documents of EU structural funds in the Czech Republic. Next there is a closer description of Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation and his mission in the support of enterprise. In the practical part there is an identification, analysis and comparison of chosen programmes of support of Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation in the chosen referential period.
