Diploma theses is focused on the valuation of the forest owned by the municipality Slatinice. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the market and the administrative approach of valuation of property and determine the administrative and market value of the selected set of assets, in this case the forest, using various valuation methods. The theoretical part of thesis describes methods of forest valuation, then the practical part of the administrative and market value of the forest.
