Abstract

The main objective of thesis is to analyze whether conditions are suitable to enter the Hungarian private security agencies Őrmester Vagyonvédelmi Zrt adjacent to the Czech market. A partial order is an economic evaluation of the Czech Republic, the Czech market research into private security services in terms of competition and consumers. In an analysis of customer behavior analysis is needed to develop social and cultural habits of people. Another follow-up in order to assess the legal and political situation of the country to find legal obligations. In the theoretical part of the paper summarizes the findings and opinions of various authors on the phenomenon of globalization and international business. The next section is structured market analysis types, their characteristics and also explained their necessity. There are also enumerated the various surveys, which is needed when analyzing foreign markets perform. For each survey are characterized by important points of research. The practical part describes the work Őrmester Vagyonvédelmi Zrt and also made ​​9 independent market research - a survey of territorial, commercial - political, commodity, consumer, competition, pricing, technical research, legal and taxation and exploration of social and cultural practices.
