Optimalizace automatizovaného dávkování chemikálií pro úpravu odprašovací vody v hutním průmyslu

Abstract

The scope of the diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the existing technology of dosing chemicals for the treatment of dedusting water in the territory of Třinecké železárny, a.s. with the aim of creating a conceptual design of a solution for a high-current switchboard so that the newly designed technology is optimized as much as possible and ensures semi-automatic control. The text of the thesis can be summarized into four chapters, the first of which deals with theory. At the beginning of the theoretical part, I pay closer attention to the research of the formation of pig iron and slag in industry and thus point out the problems associated with the clogging of aggregate during this technological process. In connection with these problems, in the second chapter I describe the requirements for placing my order in the company TŘINECKÁ PROJEKCE, a.s. In the third point, I effectively try to prepare project documentation according to the requirements of the technology. In the fourth chapter, I pay attention to the assessment of the return on investment and the evaluation after the reconstruction.
