Zhodnocení procesu onboardingu zaměstnanců ve výrobním závodě vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the onboarding process in the production plant of a selected manufacturing company using the method of semi-structured interviews. The first part of this work describes and defines basic terms and areas related to the topic of onboarding within the theoretical framework. The second part provides a brief introduction of the company Dura-Shiloh, followed by the specific introduction of a production plant, namely DURA Automotive Systems CZ, s.r.o., based in Kopřivnice. The third part describes the current approach of the manufacturing plant to the onboarding process. This section also includes the processing of results from the semi-structured interviews and their subsequent evaluation. The last part of this bachelor's thesis presents possible suggestions and recommendations for improving the onboarding process.
