Abstract

Resumé in english language The theme of my bachelor work is Housing Association and the Methods of its Financing. My work is consist of three capitols. First part is concern a law regulation Housing Association, second part is intent on concrete Association and it is Building Housing Association Poruba. Third capitol contains practical exams, concern funds, credits and grants. My aims found, how much money have to put in fund of dlouhodobé zálohy na opravy a další investice when ensure banks credit have to cover in time in given height. After I found compare credits of ČSOB, KB and Wűstenrot and found how much is heights of part payment, average insolvency once housing unit. How heights grant to interests is possible to single credits receive too. In part grants I located if it is profitable make the best of programme NOVÝ PANEL or ZELENÁ ÚSPORÁM. I think, my determine aims realized. I found height of benefit which have to put in fund dlouhodobé zálohy. After from work result in that the best profitable credit give ČSOB. At grants from point of view height of financial means is profitable NOVÝ PANEL. But ZELENÁ ÚSPORÁM is profitable from point of view give in short time and pay all at once.
