Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému řízení výroby, založeném na principech Tool Managementu, pro obrobnu společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a. s. VHM je jednou z nejvýznamnějších strojírenských společností v České republice. V první části diplomové práce jsou uvedena a popsána základní teoretická východiska Tool Managementu a dalších systémů pro automatizaci a optimalizaci strojírenské výroby. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu stávajícího systému řízení v obrobně zkoumané společnosti, návrh nového systému řízení výroby, který je navržen dle principů Tool Managementu. Obsahuje také doporučení nejvhodnějšího dodavatele systému Tool Managementu pro společnost VHM.

The Diploma Thesis deals with a proposition of the production control system based on the principles of the Tool Management which is designed for the VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY company. The VHM is one of the most important mechanical engineering companies in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the Diploma Thesis there is a description of the basic theoretical facts about a Tool Management and other systems used for automation and optimization of the mechanical engineering production. The practical part contains an analysis of the current production control system in a machine shop of the VHM company and a suggestion for a new production control system which is projected according to the principles of the Tool Management. It also contains a recommendation of the most suitable Tool Management system supplier for the VHM company.
