Abstract
Subject of this thesis is business plan for starting a company named TRENDSport, which will be in the area of production and sales of sport wears. The products will be with a high quality equivalent to leading brands, but in a price affordable by common people.
Theoretical and methodological part of this work defines the terms related to business, business plan and choice of legal form. The practical part is about business plan for the establishment of small business.
