Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce term biogas and its utilization in co-generation to the general schema_dspacedb. At the beginning of my work I deal with term biogas – what it is, from which substances is biogas consist of. I also described process of formation biogas and influences during this process. I carry on with different raw materials for biogas and I take care of the most important of them. I continue with different technological procedures for formation of biogas and its acquisition, which I compared. I also analyzed problem of co-generation and different equipments using biogas as energy source. At the end I have draft of co-generation unit for real biogas source, in this case dump of municipal solid waste . In my own draft I included individual parameters of producing biogas, important parameters of selected co-generation unit and also financial evaluation of its operation.
