Vliv současné ekonomické krize na vývoj kriminality mládeže

Abstract

The criminality of juvenile is a negative social phenomenon of society. It disturbs its harmonious progress, main rules of social system and common life. The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis and estimate of the situation in the area of juvenile delinquents. It targets the present economic instability and verifies the hypothesis prescribed at the introduction of this thesis. The thesis consists of six chapters, in which it sticks at the reasons of occurrence of juvenile delinquents feature and unemployment and follows the statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic, which it values within all regions separately. In the fundamental part of this thesis it monitors the relation between the unemployment and the commission of criminality by juvenile. The fight with the juvenile criminality is a long-term business. To prevent the criminality there is a big importance of prevention and minimizing the reasons of its occurrence.
