Analýza a zhodnocení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis includes the issue of motivation, characteristics and importance of benefits, ways of providing and news in the field of benefits. In the thesis is described the accounting, tax and levy aspects of benefits. The practical part is devoted to benefits provided by selected company. Based on the questionnaire survey, employee's knowledge, the contentment and preferences are detected. At the end of the diploma thesis, results are evaluated and recommendation is suggested.
