Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Náplní mé diplomové práce bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro provedení stavby polyfunkčního domu ve Vizovicích. Objekt byl navržen tak, aby se začlenil do urbanistické a architektonické koncepce a splňoval nároky a potřeby obyvatel města Vizovice. Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit moderní kavárnu, obchody-boutique, kanceláře a 4 komfortní byty. Pro byty a kanceláře je uvažované podzemní parkování. Pro vlastní návrh objektu jsem prostudovala mapové podklady, průzkumy, rozbory okolí, platné předpisy, vyhlášky a normy. Součástí práce je tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, Energetický štítek obálky budovy, vyhodnocené dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011).

The aim of this thesis was a creation of the documentation for building a Polyfunctional house in Vizovice town. The building was designed in a way so that it would incorporate into urban and architectural conception and meet the town of Vizovice residents’ requirements and needs. My aim of this thesis was to create modern café, shops - boutiques, offices and 4 comfortable apartments. For the apartments and offices, an underground parking is considered. For the design of the building I have studied all the map materials, researches, analysis of the surrounding area, valid regulations and standards. Part of the thesis is also a thermal-technical assessment of civil structures and energy label of the building based on the set of the ČSN 730540-2 (2011) standards.
