Diagnostika a terapeutika podniku AUTO Heller s.r.o.

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem popsal teoretické východiska podnikové diagnostiky v oblasti finančního zdraví firmy. Tyto témata jsem aplikoval ve společnosti AUTO Heller s.r.o. Z množství metod diagnostikování finančního zdraví podniku jsem se zaměřil na komplexní metodu finanční analýzy, která představuje rychlý a přitom spolehlivý analytický nástroj finančního řízení podniku. V zájmu každého podnikatelského subjektu je důležité zpracování seriózní finanční analýzy. Z dostupných informací jsem uskutečnil analýzu některých finančních oblastí společnosti AUTO Heller s.r.o., s důrazem neodklonit se od zásad diagnostikování podniku. Celkový diagnostický pohled ukázal, že jde o finančně zdravý, konkurenceschopný, dostatečně silný a rozvíjející se podnikatelský subjekt, který vytváří hodnotu pro svého majitele. Také jsou uvedeny problémové oblasti, jejich rozsah a následné návrhy a doporučení, které však mají vzhledem k dobré kondici společnosti převážně preventivní charakter.

In my thesis I have described the theoretical basis of diagnostics business in the financial health of the company. These themes I put in the company AUTO Heller Ltd. Of the many methods of diagnosing the financial health of a business, I focused on complex financial analysis method of financial analysis that provides a fast, yet reliability analytical tool of financial management. In the interest of every business entity is important to the processing of a serious financial analysis. From the information available, I made an analysis of certain financial areas of the company AUTO Heller Ltd., with an intention to apply of Diagnostics of the Company. Total diagnostics view showed, that it is financially healthy competitive, strong and growing a business subject, which creates value for its owner. Also shown are the problem areas, their extent and subsequent proposals and recommendations, that have given the good condition of largely preventive in nature.
