Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with basic characteristic of term purchase contract, essentials of this contract and law regulation, obligation to deliver goods and transportation contract. Then deals with analysis of obligation to deliver goods according to provisions of the Commercial Code, contractual options from the perspective of delivery term individual formulation and from perspective of using INCOTERMS 2010. Also deals with analysis of INCOTERMS 2010 as set of international interpretative rules and with synthesis of gained knowledge, data and information from professional literature.
