Abstract
My bachelor thesis deals with theory and practice of strategic analysis.
In the theoretical part the process and theory of strategic analysis was described. In the practical part I completed the external and internal analysis of chosen company and all the findings I summarized in the SWOT analysis. On the basis of SWOT analysis results I formulated recommendation for company.
