Účinnost tištěných a audiovizuálních materiálů při vzdělávání veřejnosti o ochraně obyvatelstva

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the effectiveness of printed and audiovisual materials in increasing public awareness in the field of civil protection. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework, historical development, and basic measures of civil protection in the Czech Republic, and complements them with approaches used by selected foreign institutions. The practical part is based on research conducted through a questionnaire survey. Using a self-created educational video and leaflet, the level of acquired knowledge and the subjective evaluation of both forms were tested. The results of the thesis may be beneficial for Integrated Rescue System units and public administration authorities in further planning of public education in the field of civil protection.
