In modern society, based on financial flows there is a man who would not meet with it - whether by sale in a shop or in the course of its business. Subject of this thesis is the purchase of the agreement in relations between professionals. The aim is to analyze the obligation to pay. A secondary objective is to design in some cases the wording of contractual terms, notwithstanding changes in the Law.
