Bachelor's thesis seeks to clarify, explain and describe what the program Green savings can imagine, what preceded and enabled the acquisition of funds to run the program of subsidies, describes the support of the program, the path to the acquisition and use of subsidies and its outline how to obtain a grant to the Green savings.
